If you wish to take notes throughout the conference, please bring your own journal and pen or other note-taking device. And of course, we also recommend bringing your Bible!
All general attendees please park at Grand Avenue Garage (Joe’s Auto Parks). Remember to bring your parking ticket. See the parking info below.
The conference starts right at 9:00 am, so please allot time to arrive early for parking and sign-in. When you arrive, please make your way to the welcoming desk near the entrance to sign in, collect your lanyard, and receive your parking validation. You can also scan the QR Code available there for the event schedule and details about the breakout sessions.
If you paid for childcare, please sign in before proceeding to the Tap-Tots Room to drop off your child(ren). There will be ushers to help guide you.
The official schedule for the event spans from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and will include praise. However, to accommodate early risers and those eager to engage in pre-conference worship, we are offering a special session from 8:00 am to 9:00 am as a time to minister to the Lord.
Breakfast
We will only be providing coffee.
Lunch
Boxed meals will be served at 12:15 pm. Parents, please make sure to pick up your child(ren) from the Tap-Tots Room before picking up food.
Refreshments
Throughout the day, complimentary coffee, water, and assorted snacks will be available to keep you energized. Please feel free to approach the ushers on the floor, who will gladly guide you to the hospitality counter in the fellowship hall where you can find these refreshments.
Dinner
No dinner will be provided, but there is a list of recommended places to go check out after the conference in a section below.
If creative brainstorming with other eager problem-solvers gets your juices going, join the post-conference "Hack In A Box" event, scheduled from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Due to limited availability, we kindly remind you to register promptly to secure your spot (link).
