Vision & Purpose

Tapestry LA’s Zacchaeus Fund seeks to bring relief to our brothers and sisters who are experiencing suffering due to systemic inequities. Understanding the disadvantages and disparity Tapestry LA desires to offer reparations on behalf of those who have benefited from these same inequities. Much like Zacchaeus in Luke’s gospel, a community transformed by Christ is led to bring such said relief especially in great times of need and turmoil. In doing so Tapestry LA will be partnering with Crete Academy, a local school that serves children in impoverished communities. Along with Crete Academy we will be sponsoring local Black seminarians, families in need and other programs and causes.
