RSVP

Since COVID-19 cases across LA county have declined significantly, we have decided to open up our indoor services in our main sanctuary.
We made this decision prayerfully and with caution. We will continue with our livestream service every Sunday at 11am.

FAQ

Q: What is the main objective of in-person services?

A: We want to provide a safe indoor space for those who want to come and worship together in-person at our church. Our services have been planned with social distancing and safety precautions in mind and will take place in our sanctuary with limited seating. This will not affect our Church at Home livestream service on Sundays at 11AM.

Q: What are some of the safety procedures in place?

A: The health of our members is our priority! Below are our main safety protocols.

  • Masks will be required at all times (properly worn-covering nose & mouth).
  • All attendees will have their temperature checked.
  • Indoor seating will follow physical distancing guidelines.
  • Multiple hand sanitizing stations will be available around the indoor service area.
  • All chairs, restrooms and high touch surfaces (tables, doorknobs, countertops, handles, toilets, faucets, sinks) will be thoroughly disinfected before and after service.
  • No pets will be allowed (excluding service animals).

Q: What steps should I take when I attend?

A: If you have underlying medical conditions, or show any symptoms at all (such as runny nose, cough, fever, or difficulty breathing), please join us virtually from home.

Please arrive at church 15 min prior to the start of service. For parking, Lot 1 (15th & Olive)  Lot 2 (Venice & Olive), Lot 3 (1753 S. Hill St), or street parking are available. Check the parking map here.

As you're approaching the church, please have an appropriate mask on (masks with valves or vents and bandanas are not allowed). Please be mindful to keep your mask over your nose and mouth at all times (if you do not have one, we will provide you one at the check-in station).

Please check-in at the black gate for a mandatory temperature check. An usher will escort you and your quarantine household to a physically distanced seat (starting from the front). Once our service concludes, the ushers will dismiss the attendees one row at a time (starting from the back).

Q: How will RSVP work?

A: Through our website and app, registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. For your safety, space is limited at 40% capacity for indoor services, so we encourage you to sign-up ASAP.

Q: Will children be allowed to attend?

A: Children, K-12, in-person Sunday services will be scheduled to move indoors with the adults.

At the moment, Children, K-12, will have their own services. Please register directly on the TapKids/TapYouth link. TapTots, which is for babies from 9 months up to 3 years old, is open for drop off during both 9 and 11 am services. The cry room is also open for both services. All TapKids and Youth programs will still be available virtually on Sundays.

Q: What time will our Sunday services be?

A: Our 9AM & 11AM service will open for in-person attendance and our 11AM service will continue to be available through our livestream. Both indoor services will require RSVPs.

Q: Will there be a space for fellowship time after service?

A: Yes, after service concludes, we will have a designated fellowship area outdoors.

Q: What will be available for me at church?

A: The following will be provided:
  • Masks and gloves will be available upon request.
  • Bottled water will be available.
  • After each service, beverages and individually packaged snacks will be available at the outdoor fellowship area.

*Please note: We will continuously update this page. We will be adding more information and answer any additional questions you may have.
